What is Zyngroo’s Returns & Refunds policy?

You may return your item to us within 30 days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the time you fill out the Online Returns Form.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular items are refunded but not sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Damaged parcels must be reported within 24 hours of receipt

Mandatory: For all returns, the original product packaging and price tags must be returned along with the item. If not, the return will not be accepted.

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you.


What is the return policy for bundled items?

For Bundled Items, all items in the bundle must be returned in order for the return to be processed.


Does Zyngroo offer a replacement for valid returned items and cancelled orders?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 03-215, Block-295A, Compassvale Crescent, Singapore- 541295.


How do I return my order?

  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on Return
  • Select the Items that you want to return
  • You will get a refund once your order is picked up & checked for quality subject to applicable exceptions.

How should I pack the items?

Kindly ensure that the item to be returned has the original packaging, free gifts, warranties, tags, manuals, and any other item(s) that came with it. Make sure you wrap this in a layer of external packaging, like plastic, to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Science Park Drive, # 02-06 (Box 04), Singapore 118222.


What options can I choose in returning my parcel?

There are two ways to return the product to us:

 In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.

Does Zyngroo cover the shipment cost for returns?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


How long is the quality evaluation process?

Once we pick up and receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating return request. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

The quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 business days once the item reaches our Warehouse. 


How soon will I receive my refund?

The refunds lead time depends on the refund method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
